Service Terms

  1. WordPress core, active theme, and plugins are updated from their respective repositories and only if publicly available updates are found. Changelogs are investigated before any updates are applied for possible incompatibilities between system, active theme and plugins. Clients will be notified if any software can not be updated due to incompatibility.

  3. Restores will be actioned if our integrity checks find website issues after an update. These issues can pertain to WordPress core updates, theme and plugin updates and any incompatibility issues that may arise.
  4. Clients will be advised if any theme or plugin requires a software license renewal. We are not liable for any software renewal costs. We can however, purchase software licenses on behalf of the client. Any instructed renewal purchases will be billed separately.
  5. Plan level is dependent on number of overall plugins installed and if the website is ecommerce in nature. If a client purchases a plan that is not suitable, we will advise and recommend upgrading the plan or will cancel the order.
